What is the process and what do I have to do?

I cannot start my trip, but I have already transferred the amount. What do i have to do?

Cancellations of animal care by the animal owner must only be made in writing by email.

 

 

 

What cancellation fees apply?

If the pet owner cancels 3 days before the start of care, 30% of the amount due will be charged. If the pet owner cancels 48 hours before the start of care, 50% of the amount due will be charged. If the pet owner cancels on the day of the immediate care, the invoice amount due will be charged in full.

Are you available during the holidays or do you take time off?

During the holiday season I am there for you all year round. Since these times are very popular, I always recommend booking early (written contract)

 

 

 

Are you also available at Christmas time?

Yes, I am available over the Christmas holidays.

On New Year's Eve December 29th. until 02.01. is closed every calendar year. From January 3rd I will usually be back for you.
