Animal care process

Send me a non-binding inquiry via email or contact me by phone. Since I always have a lot to do, be patient and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will arrange a free introductory meeting at your home, where we and your pets can sniff each other.

The required documents will then be sent by email (please also check your spam folder)

Payments must be made in advance, upon receipt of the invoice or on the day the keys are handed over in cash (against receipt).

Keys are always handed over or returned in person or to an authorized person specified in writing by the pet owner. These take place shortly before the pet owner's absence and up to 3 days after their return, exclusively in their living space. Important and unforeseen details can be clarified again on site.
